Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. Register using your own phone number and keep your password private. Do not create accounts to refer yourself or claim the same referral reward more than once.
Main balance
Your account uses one main balance in Ghana cedis. Pending deposits are not available to spend. Pending withdrawals reserve the requested amount immediately.
Deposits and withdrawals
The minimum for each is US$10 equivalent in GHS at the rate displayed when submitting. Paybill deposits require admin confirmation of funds received. Withdrawal fees, if any, are displayed before submission. Payouts use the selected mobile-money details. A rejected withdrawal returns the reserved amount to your main balance.
Referrals
A referrer receives GHS 10 once after an invited friend’s first qualifying deposit is approved. The referral must be recorded when the friend registers. Later deposits do not earn additional referral rewards.
Games
Game availability, rules and limits depend on the connected provider. Review a game’s rules before playing. Gambling involves the possibility of losing the amount wagered.
Help and disputes
Use live support for account recovery and questions about payments or game transactions. Provide the relevant reference. Never send your password or mobile-money PIN in chat.
